Buck Rogers Group Of 8 Figures (Mego, 1979). The Buck Rogers action figure line, launched by Mego Corporation in 1979, coincided with the debut of the television series "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century." This product line was a strategic move by Mego to leverage the growing popularity of science fiction and adventure-themed toys, a trend ignited by the success of Star Wars and comparable franchises. Included in this collection are Ardella, Wilma Deering, Dr. Huer, Draconian Guard, Killer Kane, Draco, Tiger Man, and Buck Rogers. All 8 figures come sealed on original 9 Back cards with wear including, creasing, bending, scuffing, scratching, sticker residue, and additional pen marking. All bubbles are still solidly attached to the cards. It appears Killer Kane's o-ring may have broken within the package. Please enlarge photos to view all details.
