Description

G.I. Joe Roadblock (v4) Recalled Version AFA Y90 ** POP 6, Highest Grade ** (Hasbro, 1992). Released in 1992 as part of Series 11, this fourth iteration of Roadblock reimagines the team's heavy machine gunner within the more experimental, action-feature-driven era of A Real American Hero. Known for his strength, battlefield presence, and larger-than-life personality, Roadblock remained a cornerstone character, and this version reflects the line's evolution of accessory play features. Included here is the original disk launcher system, consisting of a blue spring-loaded launcher with black rotor, along with the accompanying weaponry and figure stand. This particular accessory set is especially notable, as the launcher was later recalled by Hasbro, making intact examples with the original configuration increasingly difficult to locate. Graded AFA Y90 NM+/MT with subgrades of C90 B90 F85, this example stands among the highest graded on the population report. A standout high-grade example featuring its recalled accessory, this Roadblock v4 combines character prominence with a short-lived play feature, offering collectors a compelling piece from the ever changing ARAH line.
