G.I. Joe Destro AFA 60 (Hasbro, 1984). This G.I. Joe Destro figure was released by Hasbro in 1984 as apart of Series 2 of the Real American Hero action figure line. The enemy weapons supplier features his signature vac-metal chrome silver mask, a stark black and red uniform, and a large red medallion on his chest. The figure includes a briefcase-style weapon accessory, features swivel-arm battle grip, and remains sealed on a Series 2 / 32 back card with unused contents. The vintage Cobra figure is encased in acrylic and graded AFA 60 EX with subgrades C60 B80 F85. The synergy between toys, comics, and cartoons created a multimedia phenomenon, making A Real American Hero one of the most influential and enduring toy lines of the 1980s. Its legacy continues to resonate with collectors and fans worldwide.
