Super Powers Collection Penguin (Nibo, 1986) Uruguay Release. Waddle your way into vintage villainy with this rare Super Powers Collection Penguin figure, released by Nibo in 1986 as part of the international Colección Super Powers line. Showcasing the classic monocled menace in his signature top hat and tuxedo, this figure stands as a striking example of DC's global reach during the height of the Super Powers era. The Penguin remains partially sealed on a 15-back card, which features bold Spanish-language graphics and classic comic book styling. The card exhibits edge and corner wear, including bending in the upper corners, backward folding along the bottom edge, and a surface tear on the upper left edge line. The upper right edge is creased, adding to the card's well-worn charm. The bubble has detached along the bottom and shows dents, crushing in the bottom and upper right corner, as well as paint rub, scratching, and scuffing. The back of the card reflects similar wear with additional surface marks. A rare international find from the darker corners of the DC Universe.
