Super Pillos Mr. Mxyzptlk 8 Inch Figure (Lili Ledy, 1973) Mexico Release. Take a detour into the whimsical side of the DC Universe with this rare Super Pillos Mr. Mxyzptlk figure, released by Lili Ledy in 1973 as part of their offbeat and beloved line of soft vinyl superheroes. One of the most eccentric figures in the series, this 8-inch rendition of Superman's mischievous fifth-dimensional nemesis captures his chaotic energy with exaggerated sculpted features, including a wide grin, expressive eyes, and his trademark bald head. Cast in hollow rotocast vinyl and hand-painted in vibrant purple and orange tones, the figure embodies Lili Ledy's distinct aesthetic, a bold departure from the more uniform American releases of the time. Typically sold loose or in bagged formats, this version is especially notable for remaining sealed in its original box with cellophane wrapping still intact. The packaging displays handling wear along the edges and corners, with visible inward stressing on both the right and left sides, along with surface scratching and scuffing throughout. The cellophane has a tear at the top of the left side. As one of the most elusive characters from the Super Pillos line, this boxed Mr. Mxyzptlk is a standout piece of 1970s Mexican toy history.
