Mego Pocket Heroes Batcave - Open Box (Mego, 1980). Released in 1980 for Mego's Pocket Heroes line, the Batcave gave the company's small-scale DC figures a proper headquarters, extending the line beyond vehicles and single characters into a full Batman environment. Playsets like this always add another level of appeal to a toy line. For Batman especially, the Batcave is the natural centerpiece, the place where the gadgets, planning, and comic-book drama all come together. The box shows moderate overall wear, including scuffing, abrasions, creasing, crushing, and moderate corner wear. The contents appear unused in the open box, with many pieces still sealed in their bags. Every Batman line needs a Batcave, and this one gives Pocket Heroes its proper home base.
