A kaleidoscopic time capsule from the dawn of Bat-fandom, this lot includes 29 vintage flicker rings produced by Vari-View in the 1960s-widely regarded as one of the earliest and most iconic promotional ring sets ever offered for DC characters. The grouping includes two complete silver sets of twelve, each showcasing a different base style-both documented production variants used by Vari-View during their original manufacturing runs. Each ring features a lenticular image (also known as "flicker" or "wiggle" art) that shifts with movement, revealing alternating identities or character poses. The silver sets feature iconic characters such as Batman, Robin, Batwoman, Joker, Penguin, and the Riddler each rendered in striking Vari-View art. Also included are five gold-tone flicker rings, adding a splash of variety with alternate finishes.
