Rolling straight out of Gotham's golden age, this Batman lot features two meticulously crafted collectible Batmobiles from the classic 1966 TV series, released by Comet Miniatures Marketing and Great American Dream Machines in 2003. The Comet Miniatures Marketing Westmobile is a rare die-cast replica inspired by the George Barris design, crafted in the UK and limited to just 100 pieces worldwide, this particular gem numbered 086/100. This sleek model is finished in glossy black with red trim, detailed cockpit instrumentation, clear double canopy, and rear turbine sculpting. The limited edition collectible includes an official certificate of authenticity and original packaging. The Great American Dream Machines 1:25 scale Batmobile boasts real metal construction with die-cast elements, rubber rolling tires, chromed parts, crystal-clear canopies, photo-etched details, and a numbered display base. Both replica Batmobiles are housed in their original packaging and remain secure within Styrofoam casings, though the Styrofoam for the Comet mini is broken. Each piece displays handling wear, including surface scratching and scuffing. Notably, the black box housing the Great American Dream Machines model has complete tears along the front left and back right edges and minor tears in the other corners.
