Batman Batmobile & Batplane All-Plastic Model Kits (Aurora, 1966). Cruising in from the golden age of superhero model kits, this dynamic Batman lot features two vintage all-plastic assembly kits released by Aurora in 1966, capturing the sleek and imaginative vehicles of the Caped Crusader's world. The collection includes the Batmobile kit (#486-98), presented in its second-issue blue box and produced in Canada, along with the equally eye-catching Batplane kit (#487-98). Both kits remain sealed in their original cellophane, with the Batmobile box marked "44¢" handwritten in black in the upper left corner. While the outer wrap shows some scuffing wear, the boxes themselves are in excellent condition and retain sharp graphics and color. These early Aurora releases are a nostalgic nod to Batman's mid-'60s pop culture dominance and remain standout display pieces for any vintage collector.
