Description

1967 Rickenbacker 4005 Fireglo Sunburst Bass Guitar, #GJ 4193. Just as Pink Floyd set out for their 1st U.S. Tour and the St Louis Cardinals beat the Boston Red Sox, 4 games to 3 in the 64th World Series, this Rickenbacker 4005 was being handcrafted in California. Lou Brock stole a record 7 bases in that series and some lucky bassist got this Rick!

Born date is October 1967. Super clean, looks like a one owner bass that didn't get played much. Cat's eye f-hole, flat back with checkerboard binding, toaster pickups, crushed pearl shark's tooth inlays. Very few finish checks and minor shirt button marks on back, not through to the wood. No cracks or breaks. Original silver hard case. Condition: Excellent
