DC Batman & Robin Hand Puppets Loose (Ideal, 1966). Swinging straight out of the golden age of TV superheroes, this vintage Batman and Robin hand puppet duo comes from the Batman Puppet Theatre set released by Ideal in 1966. Originally offered as a Sears Roebuck and Co. store exclusive, these puppets channel the colorful charm and bold design of the classic series. Each features a soft rubber head with hand-painted detailing, paired with a vinyl plastic body. Both figures remain in excellent condition with only minor paint rub. These puppets remain rare survivors from a beloved era, offering collectors a tangible piece of 1960s Batman nostalgia and a glimpse into Ideal's playful approach to superhero merchandising.
