Academy Awards Board of Governors Ball Ticket With Original Envelope and Note (1965). Vintage original trio of items, including (1) ticket to the 37th annual Academy Awards Board of Governors Ball on April 5, 1965, (1) envelope locating the ceremony at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium on April 5, 1965, at 6:30 pm, and (1) note warning about traffic congestion. Items range in size from 2.75" x 6" to 4" x 7.5". My Fair Lady led the night with eight awards, including Best Picture. Items exhibit minor handling wear and age, including some creasing with 1-significant crease on left side of ticket.
