Group of Vintage Ray Harryhausen Related Films Lobby Cards (ca. 1950s-1970s). Vintage original group of (22) lobby cards from films showcasing the work of Ray Harryhausen from 1958 to 1973, including (7) The 7th Voyage of Sinbad (Columbia, 1958) with 2- cards measuring 9.5" x 7.75" and 5- cards measuring 10" x 8", all printed "58/187" to bottom right corner and featuring scenes of the Cyclops and the Roc, (11) Jason and the Argonauts (Columbia, 1963) measuring 10" x 8" featuring the fierce battles against the Hydra and the automaton Talos, and (4) The Golden Voyage of Sinbad (Columbia, 1973) measuring 10" x 8" with printed "73/319" on bottom right corner and featuring the encounters with the Centaur, the Griffin, and the 6-armed goddess Kali. Cards highlight the captivating worlds of the fantasy genre of the era, particularly drawing attention to the craft of Ray Harryhausen and his many stop-motion character designs. Cards are unframed and well-preserved, exhibiting some signs of age and wear including mild edgewear, scuffing, creasting and a red marker stain to lobby card from Jason and the Argonauts.
