Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), Broken Hero "Lucille" from The Walking Dead (AMC 2010-2022, Season 10). Original Hero baseball bat prop constructed from solid wood with a blackened finish to simulate prolonged exposure to fire, crafted from a real Louisville Slugger-style wooden bat, measuring 34" x 5.25" x 5.75". The upper barrel is wrapped in rusty 4-point barbed wire. The bat has been expertly studio-crafted and distressed with hand-stained and sanded oxidized patina, production-applied aging, gouges, splintering, and chipped areas. Known lovingly as "Lucille," this signature weapon is used throughout the series in an often brutal and shocking fashion by the charismatic and imposing Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). Named after his late wife, the bat never leaves Negan's side, becoming a powerful symbol of fear and control throughout his reign of terror. In Season 10, Episode 22, "Here's Negan," he shares a final moment with "Lucille," apologizing to his wife for naming the bat after her and for all the pain he caused. Exhibits production wear and age, including studio distressing and scuffing. The barbed wire tines have been bent inward for the safety of the performers.
