Star Wars Glasslite Kez-Iban AFA 70 Loose (Glasslite, 1988). Produced by Glasslite in Brazil in 1988 as part of the Star Wars Droids line, this Kez-Iban figure presents several clear distinctions from the Kenner release. The Glasslite version features paler skin, more sharply defined facial features, and light brown eyes that soften the character's expression. The hair is a darker yellow tone, while the loincloth and boots display a yellower, semi-transparent finish distinct to this regional release. Additional production tells include visible flashing under the chin, prominent mold lines on the head, a slightly wider leg stance, and a differently colored shoulder bag. This example has been graded AFA 70, equivalent to Excellent+ condition. The paint retains its vibrancy, and the figure includes the correct blaster and collector coin exclusive to Glasslite's Droids line. As with other figures from this late-era Brazilian production, minor inconsistencies in paint and assembly highlight the line's handmade nature and the factory's use of locally sourced materials. Encased in an AFA display, this Kez-Iban exemplifies Glasslite's distinctive approach to Kenner's molds-an inventive local adaptation that adds both color and character to one of the rarest international Star Wars figure lines ever produced.
