Large Collection of Jackie Gleason Memorabilia Buttons and Drawer Pulls (ca. 1950s-1980s). Collection of (99) vintage original memorabilia objects relating to Jackie Gleason and characters from his two most popular programs, The Honeymooners (CBS TV, 1955-1956) and The Jackie Gleason Show (CBS TV, 1952-1957;1966-1970), collected over a span of 30 years and well-preserved, including (30) lithographed buttons featuring the central characters from The Honeymooners including Ralph Kramden (Jackie Gleason), Ed Norton (Art Carney), Alice Kramden (Audrey Meadows), and Trixie Norton (Joyce Randolph), along with catchphrases and slogans from the show, in various sizes and ranging from black-and-white to color and cartoon-style illustrations, mounted to a synthetic fiber-fill background inside of a 16.25" x 12.25" black textured-plastic frame box, (16) assorted Jackie Gleason character pins in different colors, featuring Poor Soul, Loudmouth, Joe the Bartender, and Reggie Van Gleason III, and 4- with colored ribbons and miniature pendants attached including a hotdog, horseshoe, seashell, and trophy, (12) Jackie Gleason Fan Club pins featuring Gleason in his signature checkerboard outfit with text of his catchphrase "And Awaaay We Go" and "Jackie Gleason Fan Club" to each, (8) vintage metallic drawer pulls decorated with text reading, "The Honeymooners" in the show's font and yellow background to each pull, (32) Rerun Review buttons including several from The Honeymooners alongside other popular shows and films including Alice in Wonderland, The Three Stooges, and The Little Rascals, affixed to original display posterboard, and (1) 2.25" x 3.5" Jackie Gleason Fan Club wallet card. Buttons range in diameter from 1.25" to 3" with drawer pulls measuring 1.25" in diameter, with items largely well-preserved despite some signs of wear and age, mostly to the cardstock displays and wallet card including bumped edges, and some color-fading to older pins, as expected with items of this age.
