DC Batman Vintage Children's Helmet, Gloves, & Belt (various, 1966). Straight from the peak of 1960s Batmania, this vintage dress-up lot captures the camp-era excitement of the Caped Crusader's heyday. Released during the explosive popularity of the Batman television series starring Adam West, these officially licensed costume items were marketed to young fans eager to become the Dark Knight themselves. This set includes pieces from Ideal, Wells Lamont, and Morris Belt Co., three of the key licensees responsible for iconic Batman merchandise of the era.

The Official Batman Helmet & Cape by Ideal (1966) includes the original plastic helmet, housed in its open original box. The soft vinyl cape is missing, and the helmet shows signs of use. The box displays sun fading to the artwork, with heavy crushing on the top panel, moderate surface scuffing and creasing, and heavy edge wear from rubbing. The Batman Gloves by Wells Lamont (1966) are sealed in the original factory hanger bag, labeled to fit ages 7-9, and present in excellent, unused condition. The Batman Belt by Morris Belt Co. (1966) is a size 26 leather belt with a golden metal buckle bearing the "Batman" name. The buckle remains attached to the original display card, which shows soft corners, heavy edge wear, and significant surface scuffing and creasing. Together, these three pieces form a rare and display-worthy glimpse into the height of Batman's Silver Age popularity-ideal for collectors of vintage DC memorabilia and early superhero merchandise.
