The Rolling Stones Sticky Fingers Acetate In Sleeve Signed by Charlie Watts (Trident Studios). 12" two-sided acetate of the 1971 album Sticky Fingers, with Trident Studios labels inscribed in ballpoint with artist and side details. The plain outer sleeve signed in black ink by Charlie Watts and dated "2004." Sticky Fingers is an important record in the history of the Rolling Stones: the first album away from Decca, released under Rolling Stones Records, and the first without the contributions of Brian Jones following his unexpected passing in 1969. Trident Studios was one of several locations used for the recording, including Olympic Studios and Mick Jagger's estate at Stargroves. Provenance: The autograph was obtained from Charlie Watts at Ronnie Scott's Club in London, on April 16, 2004; Acquired by the present owner at auction in 2011. The sleeve exhibits visible ring wear and toning, the disc is in VG-EX 6 condition (due to small chips to the lacquer edge). Comes with a full LOA from Beckett Authentication Services and PSA/DNA.
