A RARE INSIGHT INTO THE ROLLING STONES LIMITED, SIGNED BY THE BAND

The Rolling Stones Signed Extraordinary General Meeting Letter (1965). Vintage original typed letter addressed to B.B. Boreham (Secretary of Rolling Stones Limited). Measuring 8" x 10" and dated September 11, 1965, signed to the bottom by Mick Jagger, Brian Jones, Keith Richards, Bill Wyman, and Charlie Watts. This letter demands an extraordinary general meeting of Rolling Stones Limited "as a matter of urgency" to discuss the financial affairs of the company with its directors. The letter is annotated as being received by hand on September 16, several days before the Stones' proposed date for meeting. While booking contracts signed on behalf of the band are prized by collectors, it is particularly rare to see an original document concerning the band's company business, signed by all five members. Exhibits two hole punches to the thin sheet, and the letters "138 Ovpr Cpirt" typed to verso. Comes with a full LOA from Beckett Authentication Services and PSA/DNA.
