Desk Set (TCF, 1957), Final Shooting Draft Screenplay. Vintage original 142-page (as paginated) final shooting script, bradded and dated January 7th, 1957. Studio-bound with a tan studio wrap. Titled, "The Desk Set/January 7, 1957" on the cover and spine, and typewritten "Shooting Final" on the top right, with a handwritten name "G. Glass" on the top right in red pen. Studio wrap includes numbered stamp mark on the upper righthand corner, likely indicating printing number. The romantic comedy follows library reference clerk Bunny Watson (Katharine Hepburn) who develops a love-hate relationship with computer engineer Richard Summers (Spencer Tracy), who is tasked with automating Watson's job. Exhibits expected age and wear, with slight tearing to edges of some internal pages, and small tears and corner bumps to studio wrap.
