Bob Dylan 1967 Psychedelic Head-Shop Poster by Peter Max. An original 1960's Peter Max psychedelic "personality poster" sold to the public featuring none other than Bob Dylan as the centerpiece. Surrounding the shot of Dylan circa 1965-66 is the kind of colorful Max artwork that eventually made him a household name.

According to New York City's Museum of Modern Art, which has one of these, it's an offset lithograph printed by Security Printing Co. of New York in 1967, and they call it "Untitled (Bob Dylan)." Beware of reprints that were done in 1970, offered regularly on Etsy and eBay.

More Information: Chameleon Restoration addressed a few edge and corner issues, touching up any printing or color where necessary, mending tears or pinholes, eradicating surface blemishes and greatly reducing any creasing it might have had. There remain, naturally, a few handling creases to the sensitive silver. And in fact that silver color runs a bit uneven in places, likely a printer's anomaly in trying to print that trickly color.
