Description

Independence Day (TCF, 1996), Alien "Harvester" Body. Original alien body prop featuring a metal armature covered in a layer of hard silicone with an outer sculpt made of amber silicone rubber gel. The prop is approx. 59" long (head to toe) and approx. 1' wide (elongated head area). Created by prolific production designer Patrick Tatopoulos, these armored bio suits seen throughout the film. The prop exhibits major silicone tearing in the torso area, silicone separation in two places on the left leg, minor gel cracking and production wear. Obtained from Twentieth Century Fox. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
