Bruce Lee (1945), "Medical Identify Certificate" Consulate of Macao. Vintage original medical certificate, issued on August 8th, 1945, was given to martial arts icon Bruce Lee by Dr. A.P. Guterrer and the Consulate of Macao, permitting his entry from Hong Kong into the then-Portuguese colony of Macao. The certificate measures approx. 4" x 7" and features handwritten notes by Lee's doctor. Also present is a square 1 ¼" photo featuring a four-year-old Lee sitting in his mother, Grace Lee's lap. Displays handling and age wear to cover and interior pages. This piece was obtained from the Superior Galleries "The Bruce Lee Collection" authorized by Lee's widow, Linda Lee, August 7, 1993, Lot #2. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
