Clark Gable Personal Leather (Large) Golf Bag, Golf Clubs, Golf Tees and Golf Balls. Vintage original two-tone leather and canvas golf bag and (20+) accessories. Golf bag is cream canvas with brown leather accents on sides, shoulder strap, and top and bottom trim. Brown rubber cover sewn to bottom of bag. Zip-up pocket on proper left side with vertical zipper. Additional pouch on reverse side that seems to fit into a zippered compartment. Pouch has zipper closure down proper right side to create the pouch when zipped. Shoulder strap on front of bag with adjustment holes near bottom. Beneath shoulder strap on back is small brown leather handle. Additional zipper compartment under strap. Also includes a variety of vintage metal golf clubs, golf balls, and golf tees. Golf bag measures 33" x 16", tees measure 2.5", balls measure 2" and clubs range between 35" and 44.5". Pieces exhibit general wear including staining on canvas and worn, cracked leather. Obtained from The Estate of Clark Gable, Christie's Los Angeles, December 15, 1996, Lot #97. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
