The Ten Commandments (Paramount, 1956), Bound Presentation Script. Vintage original leather bound script containing 321 pages and measuring 8.75" x 11.25". The red leather, gilt decorated tome features the "revised script as filmed" for The Ten Commandments dated July 6, 1956. This unique publication highlights pivotal moments from each scene accented with a corresponding 35mm film frame. The script, written by Aeneas MacKenzie, Jesse L. Lasky, Jr., Jack Gariss, and Frederic M. Frank, includes a complete, four page character list along with the actors who portrayed them in the production. DeMille had several presentation scripts made after the film was completed for select members of his crew and other studio dignitaries. Exhibits age, page toning, and leather wear. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
