Child's Play 2 (Universal, 1990), Vacuum-Formed Doll. Original vacuum-formed plastic Good Guys doll figure shell depicting the doll's head and torso. The red-haired doll is shown wearing a striped shirt and his classic blue overalls. Measures approx. 26.5"x 12.5" x 6". This vacuum-formed shell was made to be visible through its corresponding box (box not included). To overcome the negative publicity stemming from the events in the first Child's Play film, the Play Pals Corporation decides to relaunch the Good Guy doll line, using the remnants of Chucky for their reproduction. Displays production wear and age including some scratches on the plastic. Obtained from Sotheby's, May 30, 1997, Lot #460. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
