Description

The Wolverine (TCF, 2013), Hugh Jackman "Logan/Wolverine" FX Adamantium Claws. Original pair of special effects adamantium claws crafted for actor Hugh Jackman's hands for use as the famed mutant, "Logan/Wolverine". Each set measures approximately 3" x 2.5" and is constructed of 3 cast foam rubber claws affixed to aluminum handles by thin rods to be held between the actor's fingers. Claws have been expertly studio painted to detail to appear like the fictional metal alloy Adamantium, with the aluminum handles etched "L" and "R" for placement. The abbreviated end of each claw is affixed with neon green cloth tape for post-production chroma key digital enhancement for slashing and stabbing sequences. Included is a custom black acrylic display stand measuring 12" x 9.5" x 4" with a promotional image of Wolverine wearing a black suit. Claws exhibit production wear with chipping and smudging to the painted finish of the foam rubber components with signs of bending on both sets of claws. Stand exhibits light display wear with minor scuffs across the edges. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
