Cleopatra (TCF, 1963), Elizabeth Taylor "Cleopatra" Concept Sketch by John DeCuir. Vintage original scene-design concept artwork sketch featuring Cleopatra (Elizabeth Taylor) entering the secret passage to her chamber of Isis worship. Accomplished in graphite and gouache on 40" x 30" artist's board with image measuring 35" x 18". Retains 7" x 3.25" production identification label, "Twentieth Century-Fox Production/ "Cleopatra"/ Int. Secret Passageway-Palace/ Alexandria". Blank on verso. Exhibiting age, handling, and scuffing, with pink "SPB" (Sotheby Parke Bernet) sticker at lower right corner, as lot #609, in the original Nov. 15-21, 1971 massive liquidation of props, costumes, vehicles, art, and more from the Twentieth Century-Fox studio lot. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
