Fantasy Island (Columbia TV, 1977-1984), Hervé Villechaize "Tattoo" Cast Jacket. Vintage original cotton and polyester blend burgundy jacket with zipper front, elastic waist, mock collar, and button epaulettes. Featuring a group of (3) patches including (1) Fantasy Island logo patch made of burgundy with white thread to the left breast, (1) patch for the state of Hawaii to the right sleeve, and (1) large burgundy and white patch spelling the name of the show to the back of the jacket. Jacket retains internal maker's label for "Derby of San Francisco", and was made for the actor Hervé Villechaize, who played Tattoo, the assistant to Ricardo Montalbán's mysterious Mr. Roarke, on the long-running series that granted guests the opportunity to enact their "fantasies" on a remote island.
