Ms. Price served on the board of The Audrey Hepburn Foundation and was director of the Audrey Hepburn Pavilion, a Swiss museum dedicated to honoring the life and work of the iconic actress, humanitarian, and fashion muse. Audrey Hepburn remains one of the most beloved figures of the 20th century— an Academy Award, Golden Globe, BAFTA, and Tony Award-winning actress whose unforgettable roles in films such as Breakfast at Tiffany's, Roman Holiday, and My Fair Lady captivated audiences around the world. Beyond her cinematic achievements, Hepburn devoted the latter part of her life to humanitarian work as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, for which she received the Presidential Medal of Freedom in recognition of her tireless advocacy for children in need. Equally renowned for her timeless style, Hepburn formed a legendary friendship and creative partnership with French couturier Hubert de Givenchy. Their collaboration not only helped define her elegant public image but also left a lasting imprint on the worlds of fashion and film, elevating both to new artistic heights. Franca Price's close association with Hepburn-focused institutions underscores a profound personal commitment to celebrating this extraordinary woman's influence. The items presented here offer a rare and intimate glimpse into that enduring legacy.
