Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Black Belt Storage Shell Michelangelo AFA 80 NM (Playmates, 1992). This version of the figure is from the series 4 wave from 1994. The 85 back card features Michelangelo with several (blue) accessories and a collector card. This is the second version card with blue accessories. The encased figure is graded an AFA 80 NM with subgrades C80, B80, and F85 with a tag pedigree that states it is from the collection of Mark Freedman.

Mark Freedman, the president of Surge Licensing, originally pitched the idea of licensing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird for a toy line which resulted in the deal with Playmates Toys.
