Description
Mixed LEGO & Batman Button Collection Lot (DC / LEGO / Epic Games, 1989-23). This dynamic collector's lot blends pop-culture nostalgia across mediums, anchored by sealed examples from LEGO's most iconic franchises and DC Comics' 1989 Batman button series. Headlining the DC side are all three numbered Batman Button Collections issued in 1989 by DC Comics. Each set contains four full-color buttons on heavily warped card backs, the result of tight factory shrink-wrap pulling the cardstock into pronounced bends and creases. Set 1 showcases Bob Kane, Set 2 features Neal Adams among others (cellophane has a tear), and Set 3 highlights Frank Miller alongside other pivotal Batman creators. Despite the warping, the artwork on all buttons remains vivid and untouched, offering a stylistic snapshot of Batman's creative lineage during his 50th anniversary. On the LEGO front, the lot contains nine sealed boxed sets and a minifigure assortment, spanning Star Wars, Marvel, City, DC, and Fortnite themes:
Star Wars Obi-Wan Kenobi's Jedi Starfighter (75333) (2x): One box has a crushed upper-right corner and creasing on the upper back; the second has minor damage to the upper left corner.
City 4x4 Off-Road Ambulance Rescue (40582): Notable veining on the front panel; upper back edge shows crushing with creases extending to multiple sides.
The Batman: Batman and Selina Kyle Motorcycle Pursuit (76179): Moderate corner wear and heavy edge wear; crushing on the lower left corner has creased several adjacent panels.
The Batman: Batcave - The Riddler Face-Off (76183): Moderate edge wear throughout.
Batman Classic TV Series Batmobile (76188): Light surface scuffing with minor edge and corner wear.
Jurassic World: Indominus Rex vs. Ankylosaurus (75941): Displays a bump on the front, dents on the back, and crushed upper corners; the bottom panel has a 2" surface tear.
Fortnite Battle Bus (77073): Moderate edge and corner wear.
Marvel Minifigure Assortment Box (6 figures): Moderate wear along corners and edges.
Each item remains sealed and complete, offering a ready-made collection that spans multiple generations of fan-favorite licenses. Whether you're building out a LEGO archive, collecting DC's promotional history, or assembling a crossover display of toy and comic culture, this lot brings together multiple fandoms in one shelf-ready package.
