Barbara Stanwyck "Victoria Barkley" Two-Piece Western Traveling Jacket and Skirt from the Opening Sequence of The Big Valley (ABC TV 1965-1969). "Victoria Barkley" custom-made rose mauve western traveling jacket and long skirt worn by Barbara Stanwyck in the opening title sequence of The Big Valley. The jacket has ten-button front closure with dark green cord, brown lace and green ribbon trim at the front and cuffs. Internal Western Costume Co. label with handwritten notation "Barbara Stanwyck" in green ink. Together with a matching long, pleated skirt. Both pieces with internal handwritten notation, "Double". Exhibits a few small holes, faint stains, fraying at the edges, and loose trim elements, but remains in Very Good condition overall. Conservation by Ms. Cara Varnell. Acquired from Western Costume Company.
