Description

Production made "Bat'Leth/Mek'Leth" Sharpener from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (Paramount TV, 1993-1999). Original production-made Bat'leth Sharpener constructed of cast resin body with blue acrylic mandibles. Expertly painted and distressed to appear aged and well-used. The 9.5" x 3.25" x 2" prop was designed and produced for DS9, and a hero lighted version appears in the 5th season Episode: "In Purgatory's Shadow" as a Mek'leth sharpener." Exhibiting production handling. In Very good to Fine condition. The prop was acquired directly from HMS Creative Studios during an open-house sales event of props HMS made for various shows. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
