Gregory and Veronique Peck's Personal Large Brocade Goyard Suitcase. Vintage circa 1950s-1960s large brocade covered suitcase of a geometric fabric design, black leather corners, black leather integral straps, and black leather luggage tag with "V.G.P" stamped in gilt on the lid. Suitcase sides are of sturdy metal, likely aluminum. Cream-colored fabric lining with integral cloth straps and two elastic pockets on the sides. Dual zippers, leather straps, and central clasp closure. No key present. Measures 31.5" L x 20.5" H x 10" D. Shows some scuffs, light abrasions, and rubbing wear chiefly at the corners and along the edges. Light internal soiling and stains. One internal strap rivet has come loose, but is present in the side pocket. Very good condition despite some minor wear from years of traveling.
