Original set of (2) production books including (1) Industrial Light & Magic generated and assembled "Preliminary Effects Boards" consisting of 100+ photocopied storyboard panels (average 3-per page) on 8.5" x 11" 3-hole punched paper illustrating the visual trajectory of the movie from titles to the end, and (1) studio assembled production bible of 125+ pages of critical information including call sheets, shooting schedules, housing lists, ILM rate schedule, copies of inter-office memos, extra casting, costume and makeup lists, equipment rentals, research reports, storyboard for animated readouts, and much more. Exhibiting production use, handling and heavy hand annotation throughout. In Very Good condition. This was Unit Production Manager Mel Efros's sole working copy of his on-set production bible. Accompanied by an LOA from Mr. Efros. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
