"Inspector John J. Fadoozle" 2-Piece Puppet-Sized Wool Suit from The Howdy Doody Show (NBC TV, 1947-1960). Production-used costume of the puppet character "John J. Fadoozle" who was "America's No. 1 private eye", and later revealed as "Mr. X" from the prototype children's series The Howdy Doody Show. Included is the 2-piece puppet-sized herringbone wool suit with camp collar and original buttons. Acquired from the production's original puppet builders and puppeteers, the Rufus and Margo Rose estate. Fine, with a couple small stains to the waist.
