Included is the Modular Buildings Collection Police Station, set 10278, with 2,923 pieces. Once fully assembled, it stands an impressive 14.5 inches tall and 10 inches wide, featuring three floors and a rooftop where included mini figures can conduct official police business. Also featured is the Fairground Collection Haunted House, set 10273, a 3,231-piece build of Manor Von Barron packed with exceptional details, including nine unique mini figures, skeletons, iconic ghosts, and batteries for light-up components. Each 18+ collector set remains sealed in its original packaging with unused contents. The packaging displays handling wear along the edges and corners, with corner bends, creasing, and surface scratching and scuffing wear throughout. Noticeably, there is additional creasing in the Haunted House's front right upper corner, and stressing and creasing along the front bottom edge line with additional creasing and crushing in the back lower left corner. The Police Station shows creasing in the back lower right corner, and in the upper left corners.
