Marvel X-Men 'Original' Painted Statue Lot (Bowen Designs, 2012-13). Suit up for a throwback to X-Men history with this dynamic Marvel statue lot featuring three bold, retro-inspired pieces released by Bowen Designs in 2012 and 2013. Paying homage to the team's earliest comic appearances, this trio showcases Jean Grey (Marvel Girl), Beast, and Angel in their debut costumes-each sculpted with exceptional craftsmanship and nostalgic flair. Jean Grey, in her "Original" version sculpted by Mike Cusanelli and numbered 235/500, stands confidently over 12 inches tall, hands on her hips and ready to lead. The Beast, in his classic crouched pose sculpted by the Kucharek Brothers and numbered 397/450, exudes raw power and agility in a pose that hints at the intellect behind the brawn. Towering at over 14 inches, the Angel "Original" Version-also sculpted by Cusanelli-features magnificent outstretched white wings and a heroic stance that captures the soaring spirit of the X-Men's aerial ace. All three statues are housed in their original packaging, factory sealed within protective Styrofoam casings with unused contents. The boxes show signs of handling wear including edge and corner softening, corner bends, creasing, dents, and surface scuffing. A true tribute to the classic era of Marvel's mutant pioneers.
