Star Wars ESB Darth Vader's Star Destroyer Action Playset AFA Q-75+ (Kenner, 1980). Step into the heart of the Empire with this striking Star Wars collectible, a vintage Darth Vader's Star Destroyer Action Playset released by Kenner in 1980 to mark the epic debut of The Empire Strikes Back. Though its name suggests a massive starship, the playset offers a stylized interpretation of Vader's command center, compact yet rich in imaginative features. It includes a functional meditation chamber that closes around a figure, a rotating command bridge fitted with control panels, a swiveling crane, a hidden trapdoor, and even an early holographic representation of the Emperor. Built for 3.75-inch action figures, it provided young fans with a dramatic stage for dark side adventures. This vintage playset remains factory sealed with unused contents, encased in acrylic and graded AFA 75+ Q-EX+/NM. Due to the missing tape on the box, the playset received a Qualified grade from AFA, but all contents, including fliers and paperwork, are complete and unused.
