1962 Fender Stratocaster Sunburst Solid Body Electric Guitar, Serial #87260.
1962 Fender Stratocaster in Sunburst finish. Pre-CBS curved (veneer) rosewood fingerboard model, showing considerable wear from years of use. Featuring a spaghetti logo, clay dot inlays, and original three-way switch. The neck date is 2 OCT 62 B, and the potentiometers date to the 42nd week of 1962. The electronics are all original and working, though they could benefit from cleaning. The solder on the volume pot may have been touched, but there is no evidence of modifications or repairs. The original finish has significant checking, dings, scuffs, and chips. Despite its wear, the frets show minimal wear,
