1966 Topps Batman - Series A Red Bat - Near-Complete Set of 35 .
Offered here is a near-complete set of the 1966 Topps Batman A Series card set. This 44-card "Red Bat" version was the second of five set releases Topps would issue that year. This series features the Caped Crusader and his trusty sidekick facing off against their greatest archrivals, continuously putting themselves in perilous situations. The fronts of each card are beautifully illustrated by the incredible Norman Saunders, and all feature the red bat logo with title in the corner. Flip the card over and you'll find the "puzzle backs"--a pseudo comic strip puzzle to complete by placing cards together to reveal a larger picture and feature a description of the cards illustration and backstory.

35 of the 44 cards in the set are included, with only 9 missing: 1, 2, 15, 17, 19, 29, 30, 31, and 44.

Condition: Refer to the images. The grades range from Fair to Near Mint-Mint with some that fall below that range.
