An Orson Welles Script from "Journey Into Fear." RKO Radio Pictures, 1943. Beige covers, no authorship noted (but screenplay by Orson Welles), dated "August 1, 1941," marked "Made Shooting Final Script," 145 pages, with numerous colored script change pages throughout (variously dated); Welles' own file copy from the film where he played "Colonel Haki" alongside his core posse of Joseph Cotten, Agnes Moorehead, Everett Sloane, Dolores Del Rio, and Ruth Warrick; included with a letter from Beatrice Welles indicating she consigned this lot directly to Heritage Auctions. (Please note the covers are dirtied and have coffee ring stains.)
