The Beatles Hey Jude Stereo LP With Large Hype Sticker Still Sealed (Apple Records, SW-385) (1970). Very rare and desirable copy. The title cut was the group's biggest single, and headlined this compilation which was released in between Abbey Road and Let It Be. The front and back photos of this cover were the last photos ever taken of the Beatles together. Hey Jude was going to be titled "The Beatles Again" and some early copies have this title printed on the disc label with a different LP#SO-365.

Neither the groups name nor the album title appear on front of the jacket. For this reason some distributers had special stickers made and applied to the front that read "Hey Jude." This large hype sticker version #2 measures: 2" by 10" large size with rich color. This is a pristine still sealed copy featuring the large hype sticker. Also includes sticker "Factory Sealed For Your Protection." We can't stress enough how rare it is to find this original first pressing USA example. This is a cornerstone piece for the collection and will display well. Condition: NM 8.5 some wear and soiling to the stickers/ GM-MT 10 (still sealed). Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
