Harmonyville Festival - Jefferson Airplane, Jethro Tull, James Taylor 1970 Concert Poster. An original cardboard window card advertising an ambitious six-day music festival planned for Walpack, New Jersey that was ultimately shut down and canceled by local authorities for the same old reason... fearing the influx of hundreds of thousands of hippie-types. Slated for August 4-9, 1970, the fest was to have included the Jefferson Airplane, Jethro Tull, Miles Davis, Joe Cocker, Chicago, Van Morrison, Procol Harum, Muddy Waters, the James Gang with Joe Walsh, James Taylor, the Small Faces with Rod Stewart, Big Brother without Janis, Little Richard, John Sebastian, Eric Burdon and War, Chicken Shack and others.

This first-time Heritage offering measures 16" x 26 3/4" and grades to Very Good condition with multiple pinholes in the corners, creasing, surface blemishes, toning and tape lifts on the verso. COA from Heritage Auctions.
