The Bling Ring (A24, 2013), Emma Watson "Nicolette 'Nicki' Moore" Screen-Worn 18k Gold Necklace with Gold Chair Charm. Original 18k gold necklace with geometric-modernist-inspired chair charm measuring 1" x 0.5" x 2", with chain measuring 9" long, worn by Nicki Moore (Emma Watson) in Sofia Coppola's follow-up film to her Academy Award-winning Lost in Translation. Based on the true-life story of teenagers who effortlessly robbed the mansions of Hollywood celebrities, the film marked Watson's first radical departure from the brainy, innocent, yet heroic Hermione Granger, aiming for a reinvention of her image. This necklace appears in a scene where Nicki poses in front of a webcam and broadcasts the bling that she and her friends have stolen, including this striking piece. The necklace is housed in a red jewelry box measuring 8" x 3" x 1.5". Fred Roos, who produced this and other Sofia Coppola films, likely kept the necklace as a memento.
