Star Wars Ephemera Including Lucasfilm 20th Anniversary Yearbook and Invitations to George Lucas-Related Events from Fred Roos Personal Collection (ca. 1970s-2010s). Original (7) piece collection of Star Wars and George Lucas related ephemera, including (1) Lucasfilm Twentieth Anniversary Yearbook containing 112-pages of glossy photos pertaining to the various Lucasfilm and Industrial Light and Magic productions over the course of the company's first 20 years, laid out in the style of a high school yearbook and spiral bound between two heavy cardstock covers, (1) group of 15-blueprints measuring 13" x 19" for spaceships and locations from Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (TCF, 1977) housed in 1-plastic envelope folder with brass button closure, (1) group of invitation materials for the wedding ceremony and reception of George Lucas and Mellody Hobson on heavy bond papers, (1) invitation to the 50th Birthday of George Lucas at Skywalker Ranch on textured bond paper, (1) invitation to the 70th Birthday of George Lucas at Skywalker Ranch, and (1) invitation to a screening of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (TCF, 2005) at the Zanuck Theater on the Fox lot. Materials range from 5.5" x 5.75" to 10.25" x 7.5". Items exhibit age and handling, with rubbing and edge creases to both wedding invitations, staining and a center fold to the 50th Birthday party invitation, markings on 70th birthday party invitations, corner bumps and a center fold to Star Wars Screening Ticket, and yearbook with bumped corners and wear, particularly near the bottom left corner of the cover. The "accommodations" part of wedding invitation is stuck with adhesive to original envelope. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions. From the Estate of Fred Roos.
