A sequel to the 1931 film Frankenstein, this 1935 sci-fi horror film, directed by James Whale takes place immediately after the events of the firs film and takes queues from the subplot of Mary Shelley's original novel, follows Dr. Frankenstein (Colin Clive) as he is blackmailed into creating a mate for the Monster (Boris Karloff) by his mentor, Dr. Pretorius (Ernest Thesiger). Will it be a love connection? Also starring Elsa Lanchester.
