Description

Star Trek: The Original Series (Paramount, 1966-1969), Tribble Creature from Episode "The Trouble with Tribbles." Vintage original Tribble creature crafted from synthetic red and gray faux fur, stuffed with cotton batting. Measures 6.5" x 5" x 3". This adorable creature comes straight from writer David Gerrold's unforgettable Star Trek original series Season 2, Episode 15, "The Trouble with Tribbles." Tribbles like this one appear in one of the series' most memorable scenes, when Captain Kirk (William Shatner) opens a hatch and hundreds of these cute, hungry, purring creatures pour down on the exasperated captain. Exhibits production wear and age, including a small indentation on one side from stitching and stuffing. Originally from the collection of Forrest J. Ackerman. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
