Joe E. Brown vintage doll. (1980) 22 in. Joe E. Brown vintage character doll. Constructed of molded papier-mâché head and hands, glass eyes, human hair wig, cloth over wire body armature. Marked "S.H.R. P 1/1 1980". This is a one-of-a-kind doll of this great comic film actor fully dressed in gray tweed double-breasted suit and tie, pocket square, tan saddle shoes and a vintage Joe E. Brown brass pin on the breast pocket. Expressively painted in an open-mouthed laugh. Comes on a commercial metal doll stand. In vintage very good condition.
